Our team of staff and trained volunteers offer information, education and services for Atlantic Canadians living with Parkinson’s, their families/caregivers and the health professionals on their treatment teams. Over 95% of the money that P2P raises goes directly to spending on this program in Nicaragua. We are giving students the chance for real academic success, and families living in poverty the hope of a better future for their children.Our deepest hope for all of them is that they will grow into responsible well-informed adults who can make a positive contribution to their country.

Play On! Halifax

Hockey Night in Canada's Play On! is Canada's largest sports festival, and we are looking for volunteers just like you this June 16th to 19th on the Halifax Common! It's the ultimate summer street hockey experience, and you can be a part of it as a Play On! Halifax Volunteer! Since the program's inception in 2003, over two million people have participated in one of the 144 Play On! events held to date. The 2016 Halifax event is expecting 600 teams playing on 55 Rinks with 4,400 players and up to 20,000 spectators and we need YOU as a Play On! Halifax Volunteer!
