Opportunity Description
The Stanfield Wayfinders are volunteers who help create a welcoming, accessible, and positive experience for passengers and visitors at Halifax Stanfield International Airport.
Wayfinders assist with directions, general airport information, and wayfinding support throughout the terminal. They offer friendly, calm assistance to travellers of all ages and abilities, including those who may be anxious, unfamiliar with the airport, or navigating accessibility needs.
This role is well-suited to people who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and contributing to an inclusive, community-focused environment.
Volunteers receive training and ongoing support and play an important role in supporting the airport’s customer service culture program, The Stanfield Way.
No aviation experience is required. A willingness to learn and a commitment to helping others are key.
