They offer friendly, calm assistance to travellers of all ages and abilities, including those who may be anxious, unfamiliar with the airport, or navigating accessibility needs.This role is well-suited to people who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and contributing to an inclusive, community-focused environment. Volunteers receive training and ongoing support and play an important role in supporting the airport’s customer service culture program, The Stanfield Way.No aviation experience is required.
