PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Front Desk Volunteer Assistant The Front Desk Volunteer is the welcoming face of Nova Village. In this role, you will greet visitors, answer phones and emails, answer basic inquiries, direct participants to programs and meetings, and provide administrative support. Your friendly presence helps foster an inclusive, safe, and organized environment for all community members, staff and other volunteers. The purpose of this role is to provide opportunities for increased employment skills. Northwood Spiritual Care is looking for a dedicated volunteer to assist in clerical-related tasks which includes helping to prepare church bulletins and assisting with administration duties during religious gatherings throughout the year. This position requires about 2hrs over the course of the week and takes place between Mon – Fri 9-3pm. If you are interested, you should have experience with the following: working in an office environment, organizing, taking direction, being comfortable with computer programs. If you have a church involvement or background that will be very helpful.
