Opportunity Description:

Easter Seals Nova Scotia is not-for-profit organization and registered charity based in Halifax that advocates for a barrier-free Nova Scotia and promotes mobility, inclusion and independence for Nova Scotians with disabilities. Recently, our program acquired a new storage space close to our office on Kempt Road in Halifax. However, with such a large amount of recent donations, our equipment room is overflowing and in need of a few improvements to meet our needs. In response to this, we would like to invite you to get involved at our volunteer day on Sunday, June 11th, 2017 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with a complementary lunch provided. On this day, we will be conducting an inventory of equipment and organizing the storage room to make equipment more readily accessible to lend out to the community. Come for the day or just a few hours, any help is greatly appreciated!
