Opportunity Description

The Canada CyberSTEAM Challenge is a national competition geared towards high school and junior high students that focused on the creative application of science, technology, engineering, arts and math in real-life scenarios. Join our team of volunteers from all across Canada!

The Executives of Remote STEAM are responsible for developing the overarching themes of the event, and for overseeing a team of challenge designers, providing feedback on challenges, creating event surveys, and training of general volunteers. The ideal volunteer should have a positive attitude, good leadership skills, be willing to work in a team, and have some prior experience in event planning.

The Canada CyberSTEAM Challenge (C3) is a national online competition aimed to encourage students in grades six through twelve to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems involving science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM). Our mission is to provide youth from rural or underprivileged communities with academic enrichment opportunities that they would not otherwise have access to. C3 also aims to create a national community of youth united in their passion for science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.
