Opportunity Description

The Canada CyberSTEAM Challenge is a national competition geared towards high school and junior high students that focuses on the creative application of science, technology, engineering, arts and math in real-life scenarios. Join our team of volunteers from all across Canada!

The Director of Fund Development will be part of a committee of Fund Development Directors who helps to execute national-scale fundraisers and setup collaborations with other organizations to fund the Canada CyberSTEAM Challenge. The ideal candidate must demonstrate good time management skills and the ability to work well in a team. Some prior experience in finance, grant applications, fundraising, or sponsorship seeking is an asset.

The Canada CyberSTEAM Challenge (C3) is a national online competition aimed to encourage students in grades six through twelve to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems involving science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM). Our mission is to provide youth from rural or underprivileged communities with academic enrichment opportunities that they would not otherwise have access to. C3 also aims to create a national community of youth united in their passion for science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.
