Halifax Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest is a cultural festival organized to unite the community in celebration of German heritage. Launched in 2009, the Halifax Oktoberfest attracts hundreds of locals and visitors alike to the Halifax Waterfront to enjoy authentic Bavarian cuisine, beverages, and music along with raising money for Charity!

This year, be sure to come on down to the Salter Lot for a day of giant pretzels, cold craft beer, dancing and games! There's the traditional tapping of the cask to kick off the festival, keg bowling, and live music by the Swell Guys and Die Brewmisters.

Proceeds from this event go to charity. Prosit!
