The Colchester Transportation Cooperative Limited (CTCL) is a community based, non-profit transportation cooperative. The Cooperative provides an efficient, flexible, quality ground transportation service, operating in Colchester County, that meets the needs of <strong>all persons</strong> (i.e., persons with disabilities, seniors, and non-disabled persons).
