Ovarian Cancer Canada (Volunteer with the Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope!)

Sunday, September 10th – Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope is a day filled with hope and support for women & their families touched by ovarian cancer. The event is fun, high energy and a wonderful way to show support and raise awareness about ovarian cancer. There is also a 5 k ‘fun run’ non-competitive event to encourage the runners in the group to make the Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope their Sunday morning run. The event is hosted at the Salter Street parking lot on the waterfront, there are balloons, face painting, circus entertainers, a photo booth. We are looking for volunteers to help make this day special for all who attend. Its a day that allows women and their families to meet others who have been touched by ovarian cancer. It is also a day to remember the incredible women we have lost. Join our team and make a difference!
