The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s annual fundraising action plan to generate essential funds for supporting the organization’s projects and strategic initiatives. This role involves creating and overseeing the execution of the annual fundraising plan, including identifying and soliciting major sponsorship prospects. The Fundraising Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Accounting Coordinator to manage receipts and invoices related to fundraising initiatives. Additionally, the role requires providing regular progress reports to the Board of Directors, demonstrating a track record of successful fundraising campaigns or events. Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are crucial for success in this position. Previous experience in the non-profit sector or a similar role is considered an asset.
