We offer two types of accounts on our platform depending on how you plan to participate:

   Fill in your details

   Visit the volunteer signup form and provide your name, preferred email address, and a strong password.

   Verify your email address

   Check your inbox for a confirmation link. Clicking this link verifies your email and enables your ability to submit applications. You can manage your email addresses in email settings.

   Complete your volunteer profile

   Add your skills, interest areas, and availability from your volunteer dashboard to help organizations understand how you can best contribute.

   Start applying & save positions

   Browse local postings and apply directly! You can also save listings to revisit later from your dashboard.

   Register your organization account

   Fill in your organization name, primary contact person, email address, and website on the organization signup form.

   Verify your contact email

   Follow the verification link sent to your contact email. You can resend verification emails from your account email settings.

   Build your organization profile

   Add your mission statement, logo, address, and social links from your organization dashboard to give volunteers a clear sense of your impact.

4. 4

   Post volunteer opportunities

   Create listings for upcoming volunteer positions or events and connect directly with interested candidates.

After registering, we strongly encourage enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA) or registering a Passkey. Passkeys let you sign in securely using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device lock code without needing a password.
