'Where are the volunteers?': Halifax Rotary club can't find help for waterfront Ribfest

While some people try to get back to normal in the third summer of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Rotary Club of Halifax Harbour is having difficulty doing so when it comes to its Ribfest event. Club member Louisa Horne says with less than two weeks until the event on the Dartmouth harbourside, the vendors and Rotary members are set, but she has yet to be able to find volunteer groups to look after cleanup of the ribs and proper sorting of the waste.
