The long-running, all-volunteer community theatre company launches its 2021-22 season on November 4 with the board game-turned-stage play adaptation of 'Clue'

Volunteers who helped Syrian refugees settle in Canada six years ago are coming together once more to help Afghans who've recently arrived in the country. Their efforts – which range from securing weather-appropriate clothing to helping the newcomers access medical services – are expected to ramp up as the federal government delivers on its commitment to settle 40,000 Afghan refugees.

Jason Pyett was a stay-at-home dad in 2019, volunteering at his daughter's elementary school in rural Nova Scotia to run workshops to teach kids to get creative with Lego. Now he's built his own business — doing what many kids would consider a dream job. He designs and constructs commissioned works out of Lego.

Ride for Cancer powered by BMO Bank of Montreal is Atlantic Canada's largest fundraising cycling event and is hosted by the QEII Foundation.
