Alderney Gate Library

In 1990, the Alderney Gate Library opened on Dartmouth’s scenic waterfront in the Alderney Gate Complex. The library houses an extensive selections of materials which includes: books, CDs, DVDs, magazines and more. The library also provides general interest programming for adults and youth, bookable meeting rooms, Internet-accessible computers - complete with a variety of adult and children’s software applications, and Google Chromebooks. Alderney Gate Library also houses the Information Technology Training Centre which is available for community group use.
