Mayann Francis named first Dalhousie public service fellow

Halifax students looking for advice or insight to a life in the public service can now look to a former lieutenant governor on campus. On Thursday, Dalhousie University announced Mayann Francis as their first Distinguished Public Service Fellow by the School of Public Administration.
