Impacting Lives: At Self-Help Connection, we are committed to providing access to diverse selfhelp, peer-support, and mental health programs. As a Board member, you will be instrumental in expanding and shaping these initiatives, ensuring they reach and empower individuals who are seeking support.

Programming: Self-Help Connection combines evidence-based programs with holistic wellness programs and group support in response to community feedback. Your expertise and oversight will help us identify, evaluate, and implement programs that have proven efficacy, aligning with our mission to support under-served communities and empower individuals.
