Career Nation Society

Career Nation Society is an incorporated nonprofit based in Dartmouth, serving newcomers, youth, entrepreneurs and other Nova Scotians. We aim to strengthen connections among communities, businesses and educational institutions through career development, skilled-trades awareness and mentorship.
We are developing entrepreneur mentorship videos and lessons, connections between people seeking skills and employers seeking skilled workers, and one-day hands-on trades discovery camps for students. Future plans also include community gatherings, cultural events and sports activities.
Our programs have not yet launched. We welcome volunteers, mentors, tradespeople, educators and community partners interested in helping plan and build these initiatives.
