Nova Scotia Association of Community Business Development Corporations (CBDC)

In rural Atlantic Canada there are 41 Corporations dedicated to the development of small business and job creation. CBDCs have been in operation for over 25 years and take their name and origin from a series of programs such as CESA, LEDA, LEAD and Community Futures, which date back to 1975.
