We’re looking for a Tutor Recruiter to join our team to help connect volunteer tutors with students who need support. This role is perfect for someone who values organization and enjoys being part of a collaborative effort to create meaningful educational opportunities. Role Overview: As a Tutor Recruiter, you’ll manage the recruitment process, ensuring potential tutors have a smooth and welcoming experience from their first inquiry to onboarding. This includes communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with our team to strengthen recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from prospective volunteers via email. Plan, schedule, and conduct interviews with potential tutors. Maintain an organized database of applications. Assist accepted volunteers through the onboarding process. Work closely with team members to develop new recruitment ideas. Requirements: Experience in volunteer recruitment or related fields (optional). Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities. A collaborative attitude.
