ALS Awareness Campaign Volunteers Needed The ALS Awareness Campaign will put a simple reminder of ALS in the hands of many residents of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia throughout the month of June, and encourage us all to think about those in our communities who are impacted by the disease. Campaign Volunteers will assist the ALS Society of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia in spreading awareness by: – contributing one or two volunteer shifts in mid- May to help us put together awareness items – AND/OR delivering packages to organizations throughout HRM during the last week of May* The ideal volunteer will be: – Outgoing, reliable, comfortable working with diverse people – Able to work independently, self-motivated – Able to commit to the above-mentioned shifts – Availability during regular office hours (M-F, 9 am – 4pm) *If you are interested in delivering packages you must be able to provide your own reliable transportation.
