Frag For Charity is an initiative of volunteers that raises funds and awareness for cancer charities by hosting local and online video game tournaments, auctions and entertainment events. It was founded in 2005 after a gamer lost his father to lung cancer. Over the last 10 years, Frag For Charity has raised over $130,000 in more than 25 events for health-related charities including the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart & Stroke Foundation, and the Canadian Mental Health Association.
