Opportunity Description:

Job Description: EmploymentWorks Canada is an evidence-informed program for young adults with autism to build employment skills through community-based job sampling and work experience. Peer Mentors act as role models, help lead activities, and support participant goal development. Peer Mentors will be trained in the use of evidence-based teaching strategies such as Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Peer Mentors must be out of high school, and able to volunteer for 2.5 hours a week on Tuesdays from 9:00 – 11:30 am for 12 weeks. We are seeking volunteers for our next program cycle which will run from April 10th to June 28th.
