Peers helping peers is a participant led program designed to assist the group in talking about employment situations. Volunteer peer mentors are positive role models who will participate in a group setting and use positive strategies to solve problems and make independent choices. Your role is critical to the success of the participants to implement these strategies during their daily lives and employment.
