Opportunity Description:

Park Stewards participate in short term volunteer stewardship days and projects that give immediate return to protecting and improving Cole Harbour Parks & Trails. Park Stewards volunteer at their own pace throughout the year in summer and winter when opportunities arise. There is no minimum commitment and you can only say YES to the projects you are available for and interested in. This is great for people with a flexible schedule and ideal for people interested in getting some short term experience. Some of the areas Park Stewards help with are invasive species removal, litter picks, special events, trail inspection and maintenance.
