Park Avenue Community Oven (Park Avenue Community Oven Fire Starter)

From May 1 – Dec 1, the Park Avenue Community Oven hosts a variety of community groups at the oven. Groups come to cook and eat together in the idylic Dartmouth Commons. Our volunteer PACO Fire Starters are key to making this entirely volunteer run community space a success. Fire Starters arrive 2.5 hours before cook time and start and maintain the fire inside the cob oven so that it’s hot and ready to cook in when groups arrive. We host Open Oven Saturdays every week and often have mid week events where event times vary.
