Have fun and help out at the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia by volunteering for an evening at the annual Nocturne Halifax: Art at Night soirée! The Art Gallery of Nova Scotia is looking for volunteers to assist us as we open our doors to over 5,000 visitors between 5 p.m. and midnight to our exhibition spaces and activities. You can work a shift or stay all evening, depending on your schedule and preferences. Shifts are 5:15-8:00pm, 7:30-10:00pm and 9:30pm-12:15am. And don’t worry, you don’t need to be an art aficionado – we’ll show you the ropes and you’ll be given easy tasks. Just bring your enthusiasm and you’re all set! To find out more, please e-mail Kimberlee Williams: kim.williams@novascotia.ca (Note: volunteers need to be 16 years and older to help in the Gallery spaces, at the doors and in the studios)
