We need YOU! We need your feedback on a new program about insomnia and how to sleep well without sleeping pills. These sessions are being held at the Alderney Gate Library in Dartmouth and the Halifax Central Library. As part of a small group, you will be asked to review and give feedback on Sleepwell’s online or print information. The topics include: insomnia, sleeping pills, and sleep therapy (CBTi). There are 4 sessions to choose from: Alderney Gate Library Starr Room (2nd floor) 60 Alderney Drive, Dartmouth Option 1. July 18, 2018 1-3 pm Option 2. July 20, 2018 10 am-12 pm Halifax Central Library RBC Learning Centre (3rd floor) 5440 Spring Garden Road, Halifax Option 3. July 25, 2018 1-3 pm Option 4.
