YWCA Halifax (Home Captains for The Homes for the Holidays 2018)

YWCA Halifax is pleased to present Homes for the Holidays 2018 on November 23, 24 and 25.  Each year Homes for the Holidays brings together local designers, florists, community volunteers and retailers to decorate beautiful homes graciously loaned to us. The decorated homes are opened to the public with the purchase of a ticket, giving tour participants a dose of some glamorous holiday inspiration, and the opportunity to bring ideas to life in their own homes. Not only does this event spark the magic of the holiday spirit for the thousands of the excited participants; it carries that spirit on throughout the year as all funds raised go towards the programs and services supported by the YWCA Halifax.  We require many volunteers to make this weekend a success. The following positions are available: Home Captains Home greeters & hosts Ticket sellers Ambassadors Shifts are three hours in length. Each volunteer gets a FREE ticket to tour all three homes!
