Opportunity Description:

The Halifax Association for Community Living Board of Directors is looking for new members!  We are looking for volunteers who are passionate about advocacy and inclusion, and are able to commit a few hours per month for meetings, community events, and/or fundraisers. We have a dynamic group of individuals on our Board and would welcome new members with any of the following: Previous not-for-profit Board experience Skilled with financial reports, budgeting Experience with fundraising and community event planning Is a self-advocate or has a family member with a disability HACL is a thriving organization and we have a vision to expand our programs and services.  We would love for you to join us as we work to create a more inclusive community.
