Opportunity Description:

As a member of our volunteer board of directors you can help shape the approach that Nova Scotians can take to create healthy and caring communities, free of gambling harm. Your work can impact local organizations, businesses, and government policy. You can help develop creative approaches, source funding, and reach out to communities across the province. Our current focus is on Youth Gambling, including the impacts of online sports betting, the gamblification of gaming, and the lack of education on gambling issues in schools. We will be rolling out an interactive workshop for schools and youth groups including a video created by youth on how gambling harms seep through a high school community. Be part of the process!
