Opportunity Description:

Give back to your community and help facilitate a fun program about cooking, food, and staying healthy. Food fit is a 12-week program for participants to learn about health and cooking. Each week focuses on a different topic and includes a meal and some light exercise. Volunteer co-facilitators would help run the sessions and help with set-up/clean-up. The sessions run from 10am – 1pm on Saturdays and volunteers would need to be there from 9am – 1:30pm. The upcoming Food fit program runs September 15th to December 8th. We would like volunteers to commit to the entire program session, but we do have some flexibility in terms of scheduling.
