Opportunity Description:

The Canada CyberSTEAM Challenge is a national competition geared towards high school and junior high students that focuses on the creative application of science, technology, engineering, arts and math in real-life scenarios. Join our team of volunteers from all across Canada! The Executive of Outreach is responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a committee of Junior Executives and Directors from their region, that are responsible for devising effective strategies to attract general volunteers for the Canada CyberSTEAM Challenge from their post-secondary institution, compiling a list of contact information for junior high and high schools in their region, and advertising our event to schools and youth groups across the country in order to gain participants. The ideal candidate is organized, a good leader, positive, and works well in a team.
