Opportunity Description:

If you’re a naturally organized person and coordinating activities is one of your strengths, consider volunteering your skills as Site Captain for the Canadian Cancer Society’s Daffodil campaign! As Site Captain, you are responsible for the coordination of daffodil sales at a specific retail site the weekend of April 11-13, 2019. (and April 18-20 **site dependent**) You will: schedule volunteers for shifts (selling daffodils)set up and take down the table each day during the campaign weekend, handle & record the revenue from the flower sales, relay all information collected back to the Canadian Cancer Society in a timely manner, sort pre-sold flower orders and hand them out to customers using a list provided by staff (**site dependent**) Training Includes: Detailed role description Phone call or in person meeting with CCS Staff person. Information on CCS and our programs and services.   Time Commitment:  5-8 hours prior to the campaign and be available during Daffodil campaign April 11-13, 2019 and April 18-20 (**site dependent**)
