Responsible for the creation of visual concepts to communicate information.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   You attend regular meetings and planning sessions to brainstorm content and campaign ideas. You create, analyze, and strategize content to engage and increase Latispánica’s membership. You translate strategic direction into high-quality design within the established brand identity. You create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for Latispánica’s social media platforms. You publish posts according to the established social media content calendar. You stay up to date with digital marketing trends to continuously improve content creation skills. You promote motivation within your Team.   QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS A six-month commitment with possibility of renewal in the role is required. Hours of volunteer work averages 8 hours a week. Bilingual- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Discretion- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Previous experience with content creation software such as Canva is required. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines.
