Got a love for golf and a heart for giving back? We’ve got the perfect opportunity for you! Join us on the green for the Ignite the Fight Charity Golf Tournament hosted by Arthritis Society Canada at the Granite Springs Golf Course on Thursday, September 26, 2024. Where: Granite Springs Golf Course is just a 30-minute drive southwest of Halifax, so you’ll need to bring your own wheels—public transit won’t make it out there. When: We need volunteers from 9am to 6pm, flexible shifts ranging from 4-8 hours will be available. Help us with registration, greeting guests, set-up, tear-down, and selling raffle tickets. What to expect: Mostly outdoors, so dress for the weather and get ready to have fun in the sun! Applications open from September 1 until September 15, 2024.
