Sleeping Beauty is one of Tchaikovsky’s most beloved ballets, full of sweeping symphonic drama, unforgettable melodies, and fairy tale fantasy. Now, experience the enchanting tale of Aurora, her Prince, and dueling magic fairies live with Symphony Nova Scotia and Canada’s Ballet Jörgen. With dazzling choreography, a colourful cast of characters, and lively, imaginative storytelling, Sleeping Beauty is a delightful experience that will captivate young and old alike. TWO PERFORMANCES: April 8, 2016, 7:30 pm and Saturday April 9, 2016, 7:30 pm.
