About Frag For Charity
Frag For Charity is an initiative of volunteers that raises funds and awareness for cancer charities by hosting local and online video game tournaments, auctions and entertainment events. It was founded in 2006 after a gamer lost his father to lung cancer. Over the last 9 years, Frag For Charity has raised over $90 000 in more than 20 events for health-related charities including the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart & Stroke Foundation, and the Canadian Mental Health Association.
About Frag For Cancer
Frag For Cancer is Frag For Charity’s headline annual event: a weekend of gaming tournaments and entertainment. Last year’s Frag for Cancer 9 raised $17 000 for the Canadian Cancer Society! This year promises to be bigger and better, with a huge prize pool.
