Career Anxiety Drop-In Group

Career uncertainty, pressure to be decided, and not having enough time to devote to career supporting strategies can leave you feeling overwhelmed. This workshop will help you to understand and manage anxiety while you are learning strategies for dealing with the difficult feelings triggered by career issues. This drop-in series will allow you to explore your questions around career uncertainty in an informal setting. Topics include: • Identifying sources of career anxiety • Anxiety reduction techniques, relaxation and behavioural strategies • Decision-making approaches and styles
