Opportunity Description:

Come with your energy and elbow grease! The type of work will vary from more light branch pruning and trail clearing, to moving rocks, laying wood and hammering away to maintain this beautiful trail. The Gaff Point Nature Reserve is a beautiful headland along the South Shore of Nova Scotia. This diverse spot consists of marine, terrestrial and wetland ecosystems and has a dramatic backdrop of cliffs on either side of the point. It is a popular destination for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. In order to maintain the trails for those who use them, we are asking for your help to come out and be true trail blazers! We will be restoring areas of the trails which are a little worse for wear. We look forward to your help, and the gorgeous views!
