Opportunity Description:

Meals on Wheels is seeking a dedicated Friday driver delivery person. The position entails working with a Halifax Meals on Wheels staff member to pick up 40-50 meals from our current meal supplier located in Bayers Rd Shopping Centre. The meals will then be delivered to 3 or 4 locations each week according to a pre-determined schedule. The time commitment needed is roughly 2 hours, from 11 am to 1 pm each Friday. The position entails all season city driving and some lifting and carrying of meals. Vehicle and unrestricted driver’s license required.
