Shakespeare by the Sea excites the audience with the wonder of words and the unique joy of live performance, while shedding light on the human condition with the greatest plays in the English language, in great settings, for a great price (pay what you can!).

Our outdoor summertime home is The Cambridge Battery in Point Pleasant Park, a large urban park in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

This season, we are presenting Cinderelly (The Musical) and Hamlet (Prince of Denmark), and are looking for volunteers to help with front-of-house set-up and take-down. This is a great way to get involved with local theatre, while also getting to witness very cool and fun shows! It also looks great on the resume. We can’t wait to work with you 🙂
