Opportunity Description:

Join our fun and amazing NWCC family! Volunteers between the ages of 16 and 40 are needed to facilitate our Youth Night Drop-In on Friday evenings from 6:15 to 8:45 pm. Youth Night will run every Friday from October 2017 to May 2018. The drop in is a free program for children ages 8 to 12 designed to provide a safe and fun environment to hang out with friends and meet new ones. Two rooms contain everything from air hockey to Wii and X-Box, to board games, music, cards etc. Occasional gym and/or movie nights! Facilitators working with youth are required to complete a background check. This opportunity is ideal for students who are looking to meet volunteer hour requirements for awards and programs. This opportunity is also a great way for individuals to give back to the community!
